FAQ
Do you only help with rentals? That’s most of what we do, but not all of it. We also support tenants through the full life of a lease — renewals, disputes, deposit recovery — and increasingly help clients with property purchases and corporate relocations.
Is there a fee for these services beyond your standard rental commission? It depends on the service — some, like contract guidance and settling-in support, are simply part of how we work with our rental clients. Others, like corporate relocation packages or sale transactions, are discussed and agreed upfront. Ask us directly and we’ll always be upfront about it.
I’m not renting through you — can I still use these services? In most cases, yes, particularly for one-off guidance like school-area advice or driver’s license help. Message us and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s something we can help with.
Do you help companies relocating employees to Shanghai? Yes — this is a growing part of what we do. If you’re an HR team or relocation manager, get in touch and we can talk through what a partnership might look like.
